Self Adhesive Insulation stick pins is an insulation stick pins with a self adhesive tape on the base, they are made ouf of stainless steel, Gavlanized steel or Aluminum. the base is 50×50mm, the standard pin length is 12 gauge(2.7mm), the standard pin length can be from 19mm to 210mm. We also accept special order for other sizes or lengths.

Before use the self adhesive insulation stick pins, the self adhesive tape is protected by a quick released paper. when you start to use them, just remove the quick released paper and attach the pins to where you need to install the insulation materials. This application is very simple and save the laber costs. but they are usually be used to fix the light insulation materials.

Different as the Perforated base insulation stick pins, Self adhesive insulation stick pins request a clean, no oil surface, so we need to make sure the install sureface is clean before we install them.

Application of insulation stick pins

The user is responsible for determining the suitability of the application. 
 

• Hangers must be applied to a clean, dry, non-porous surface that is free of all oil, films, dust, rust, etc.
• Self-adhering hangers are not recommended for concrete or painted surfaces.
• It is important  that they not be used where operating temperatures can exceed 150° F at the point of adhesion.
• Hangers should not be used on ceilings or roofs of metal buildings or any surface the reverse side of which may be exposed to
• heat concentration from sunlight, etc.
